Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience.
• 3+ years in operations or health insurance.
• 3+ years in end-to-end project management.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional projects, including project plan creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Evaluate departmental performance by creating and analyzing data and metrics, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate implementation and change management strategies.
• Mentor team members and promote professional development.
