You'll own Sully's platform domain: the agentic scribe pipeline, copilot backend, AI workers, and EHR integration. You'll drive platform architecture and reliability for a system that processes 2M+ real patient encounters in 270+ clinics. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of AI and healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end platform engineering for agentic scribe pipeline and EHR sync
• Drive latency improvements targeting 50%+ cuts in AI generation workflows
• Implement observability, alerting, and quality pipelines at scale
• Translate product goals into clear technical plans and execution cadences

📋 Requirements

• Distributed architecture experience with async pipelines and multi-tenant backend
• Hands-on coding ability; evaluated via system design and code review
• Leadership experience making engineers sharper, not just coordinating sprints
• Experience in high-intensity environments (YC-backed, seed-stage, zero-to-one)
