💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting at MeBe's Learning Center. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and accurately record progress in our data collection system. MeBe offers one of the top ABA training programs with two weeks of paid training to prepare you for the RBT exam.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral and communication skills in 1:1 settings with children with autism
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase skills
• Record behavior analysis and progress in Central Reach data system
• Assist with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
• Ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, or run without reasonable accommodations
• Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification preferred
• TRICARE certification preferred
• Background in child care, teaching, counseling, or babysitting
