Description
As a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, you will be a strategic advisor to your customers, guiding them on best practices and technology strategy. You'll act as the main point of contact, manage account health, drive growth, and advocate for customers internally. This hybrid role is based in Berlin.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, or similar customer-centric role for a technical product
- 4+ years managing customer health and revenue for a portfolio of Forbes Global 2000 accounts
- Bilingual English and German
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity for databases and cloud technologies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build new processes and work autonomously
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
- Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and identify strategic growth opportunities
- Lead in-person executive business reviews with C-suite and technical leaders
- Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth 3+ quarters out
