You'll oversee irrigation and fertigation activities at a cannabis cultivation facility, ensuring precise nutrient delivery while supporting the cultivation team. Your work directly impacts crop health and production goals in a fast-paced, growing industry. This role offers hands-on technical work with cross-functional cultivation support in a leading cannabis company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain fertigation systems, including Dosatrons and drip irrigation.
• Monitor runoff data and adjust nutrient delivery schedules.
• Assist with vegetative, flowering, and harvest operations.
• Provide training to staff on fertigation practices and system operation.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of horticulture or agriculture experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year in the cannabis industry (preferred).
• Ability to obtain a Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card.

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate degree or industry training equivalent.
• Experience with Dosatron or similar fertigation equipment.
• Knowledge of cannabis cultivation best practices.
