You'll join IMA's IT team to test, diagnose, and resolve desktop/hardware issues and support Microsoft Office 365 applications. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for end users and escalate complex incidents to subject matter experts.

- Associate degree preferred or 4-5 years equivalent work experience
