You'll join Compass's Marketing Team to shape agents' branding projects from concept to tracking. You'll act as an accountability partner ensuring agent marketing efforts are effective and efficient. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage systems for team communications and processes.
• Provide outstanding client service as an agent's accountability partner.
• Coordinate custom design projects with the design team.
• Monitor agent marketing initiatives and analyze project effectiveness.
• Develop marketing plans to maximize budget return across channels.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of marketing experience
• Skilled communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Savvy with social media and Instagram specifically
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Experience in a client or account service environment
• Experience in real estate marketing or luxury brand
• Proficient in Apple, Google, and Microsoft office tools
