You'll own deployment and activation success for enterprise customers, embedding deeply to drive measurable outcomes. You'll build champion communities, lead workshops, and advise on scaling AI programs. This hybrid role is based in London and involves 25% travel.

📋 Requirements

• At least 9 years of customer success and activation expertise
• Deep experience understanding and mapping customer use cases
• Proven experience implementing activation strategies like champion programs
• Ability to scope and deliver custom AI solutions and demos

• Background in training or curriculum development
