You'll work within a 24x7 IT team supporting the Patuxent River Data Center, performing system monitoring, maintenance, and security compliance. You'll ensure monitoring tools and Windows OS devices are patched and secure. This role offers great growth opportunity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor computer systems 24x7 and resolve or escalate problems
• Apply monthly maintenance on Windows OS devices
• Install and cable systems within a Data Center
• Monitor ticketing system queues for inbound requests

📋 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance
• 1-3 years IT related experience
• Experience with Windows OS
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification
