Description

You will investigate and triage escalations, own operational processes like risk user experience reviews, identify risk factors, and use analytics to optimize strategies. You'll build cross-functional partnerships and help shape team strategy to improve risk support for Stripe's users.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer facing role in operations, compliance, risk, trust safety or similar
• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to varied audiences
• Ability to challenge status quo and work in ambiguous space
• Experience using data to propose creative solutions to tactical and strategic problems
• Deep empathy for entrepreneurs and pragmatic problem-solving
