💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store, assist during high-volume periods, and support new employees. You'll provide excellent customer service while driving sales. This role ensures store operations run smoothly in the absence of management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and recommend products based on product knowledge.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and deposits.
• Assist with inventory restocking, counts, and discrepancy identification.
• Train new employees on store procedures and service standards.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for extended periods.
