You'll join a Fast Track to Leadership program, becoming an Operations Manager in two years. You'll lead teams and drive strategic projects across the supply chain. This role offers hands-on impact and rapid growth in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise shift operations and lead your team in the Fulfillment Center
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity
• Work on cross-site strategic projects and initiatives
• Participate in leadership training and mentoring programs

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Practical experience in supply chain through internships or student jobs
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving ability
