🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit and cultivate a high-performing engineering team
• Define and establish development processes with heavy AI tooling use
• Take ownership of product delivery end-to-end with stakeholders
• Act as strategic advisor to senior management on decisions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering management experience
• Experience building AI-powered products and leveraging AI tooling
• Track record of delivering in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, hiring, mentoring, and leading teams
