Description
You will manage existing enterprise customer accounts, drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and expansion, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role involves understanding customer business needs to help them achieve desired outcomes with CoLab's AI platform.
Requirements
- Enterprise or Strategic Account experience in SaaS or engineering background with strong closing skills
- 1-2 years experience working with large enterprise customers (10,000+ employees)
- Ability to analyze use cases and demonstrate highly technical product
- Strategic thinking and comfort with complex enterprise sales for new market products
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with existing customers and net new strategic accounts
- Execute account strategy and plan to drive significant revenue growth
- Serve as product and industry expert to customers
- Identify, qualify, and build opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with Account Executive and Customer Success teams for expansions and renewals
