Description

You will work as a home health COTA, implementing care plans, providing rehabilitative therapy to improve daily living skills, and educating patients and families. You'll collaborate with an occupational therapist and use a tablet for documentation.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Hawaii
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program or equivalent experience
• At least one year of work experience supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist
• Willing and able to travel in assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Follow established care plans and work 1:1 with patients to improve function, ADL, and IADLs
• Educate patients, family, and representatives in rehabilitative care for health, safety, and independent living
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet
