You'll establish the HR-Employee roadmap for ServiceNow HRSD solutions at an Elite ServiceNow Partner. You'll define high-value sales plays and develop the learning curriculum for the HRSD center of excellence. This role lets you shape thought leadership and mentor teams in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define HRSD solutions roadmap aligned with ServiceNow strategy
• Activate high-value sales plays by Capability teams
• Build external relationships with ServiceNow product teams
• Review and approve proposals and SOWs through deal reviews

📋 Requirements

• 10 years in Professional Services or Consulting
• 8 years in Delivery Management and people management in ServiceNow ecosystem
• Experience with AI embedded in HR solutions
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow HRSD/Employee practice

• Experience as an HR Practitioner
• High-level techno functional architecture abilities
• Global delivery experience across time zones
