💼 About This Role

You'll manage the infrastructure of our fulfillment centers and last-mile hubs in southern Germany. You will lead a team of Facility Managers, oversee project launches, and optimize processes. This role offers a company car and 30 vacation days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage launch projects from A to Z with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee all facility management for FCs and hubs in southern Germany.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of 3+ Facility Managers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage external service providers.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Facility Management or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with leadership experience.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Valid driver's license class B and willingness to travel.
