You'll provide advanced technical support (N3) for web applications, APIs, and frontend services. You'll analyze critical incidents, implement fixes, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system stability. This role offers the chance to work 100% remotely in an international environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide N3 technical support for web applications and APIs
• Investigate and resolve critical production incidents
• Develop hotfixes and improvements in backend and frontend
• Collaborate with engineering, infra, and product teams

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience in advanced technical support (N3/SRE)
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API for maintenance and fixes
• Advanced SQL Server skills including query optimization and stored procedures
• Experience with frontend technologies: React Native and Vue.js

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with observability tools (Elastic, Kibana, Grafana)
• Experience with microfrontends and modularization
• Knowledge of Sentry, DataDog, or New Relic
