Description
You will lead the onboarding experience for newly-signed customers, ensuring a seamless transition to the Smartly platform. You'll design and deliver tailored onboarding plans in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams, helping key customers realize value quickly and set the foundation for long-term success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years digital experience with paid social (Meta) and programmatic media buying
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert on Smartly.io products and services
- Manage customer communications during onboarding
- Curate and execute clear onboarding plans ensuring early value realization
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions
- Own technical execution of onboarding plans for Tier 1-3 key customers
