🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and develop agentic AI systems using multi-step reasoning and tool use
• Design user-facing workflows and feedback loops for AI interaction
• Implement context engineering, prompt design, and retrieval strategies
• Build production-grade services and APIs for scalable AI systems

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience building applications with LLMs and agent frameworks
• Deep expertise in context engineering for LLM systems
• Strong backend engineering with Python and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with observability tools like Langfuse or LangSmith
• Experience in financial services or risk-related systems
• Experience with frontend technologies like React
