💼 About This Role

You'll lead Ravio's data function and team, spanning Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science. You will define and execute the technical strategy that ensures our data platform is scalable, trusted, secure, and innovative. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you'll set direction and grow a high-performing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute Ravio's data roadmap across engineering, science, governance, and analytics
• Hire, mentor, and develop exceptional Data Engineers, Analysts, and Data Scientists
• Oversee the evolution of data infrastructure on GCP, ensuring robust and production-grade pipelines
• Partner cross-functionally to translate complex data challenges into business outcomes

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in data roles with significant leadership experience
• Proven track record scaling data platforms in high-growth environments
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
• Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Workflows, CloudSQL)

• Familiarity with DBT and Terraform
• Experience running ML pipelines in production
