💼 About This Role

You'll conduct remote psychiatric assessments and medication management as part of a collaborative mental health team at a 2025 Great Place to Work. You'll use data-informed tools to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes in a flexible part-time role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct 60-minute psychiatric assessments and 30-minute management sessions remotely.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications per regulations.
• Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
• Partner with therapists through integrated care plans and team consultations.

📋 Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Licensed to practice in Maryland as a PMHNP
• Active DEA license in Maryland
• 2+ years experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP
