• Create and foster a customer database and implement a Personal Shopper Program
• Provide unsurpassed customer service and implement monthly client outreach
• Partner with management to plan and execute in-store events
• Lead product knowledge sessions and communicate product feedback
• Manage opening/closing duties, payroll goals, and scheduling
