You'll lead build coordinators at Starbase to maintain vehicle build schedules and monitor schedule health for Starship. Your core impact is transitioning Starship from engineering development to full-rate production. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and maintain production control team schedules
• Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports; write reviews
• Provide daily visibility on schedule, part shortages, resource performance
• Drive down schedule risk through work-center capacity analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional experience in manufacturing scheduling
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project
• Manufacturing scheduling experience in a production environment

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years manufacturing scheduling, planning or operations
• Experience with safety-critical systems or heavy equipment
• ERP system experience and scheduling software
