Description
You will lead the generation of new business across Iberia by working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams. Your mission is to ensure a consistent flow of new opportunities and support the team through to closure, combining prospecting, leadership, and execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development in software/technology
- Proven experience in market opening and direct prospecting in Spain
- Knowledge of complete consultative sales cycle
- Fluent English
- Analytical and digital mindset with interest in AI and data analytics
Responsibilities
- Lead new business strategy for Spain and Portugal
- Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities through structured prospecting and market analysis
- Motivate and support Account Managers and Channel team with joint actions
- Design and execute demand generation campaigns with Marketing
- Integrate AI and automation for account research and pipeline tracking
