Description

You will lead the generation of new business across Iberia by working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams. Your mission is to ensure a consistent flow of new opportunities and support the team through to closure, combining prospecting, leadership, and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales or business development in software/technology
  • Proven experience in market opening and direct prospecting in Spain
  • Knowledge of complete consultative sales cycle
  • Fluent English
  • Analytical and digital mindset with interest in AI and data analytics

Responsibilities

  • Lead new business strategy for Spain and Portugal
  • Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities through structured prospecting and market analysis
  • Motivate and support Account Managers and Channel team with joint actions
  • Design and execute demand generation campaigns with Marketing
  • Integrate AI and automation for account research and pipeline tracking
