Description

As the Data Collection Coordinator, you will act as the critical link between high-level autonomy requirements and daily field execution. You'll oversee a manual driving vehicle operator workforce, ensure safety protocols, and partner with engineering to translate data requests into actionable roadmaps. Your work directly impacts the quality and safety of Motional's autonomous vehicles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible schedule and be on-call during off shifts
• Solid understanding of data collection, operations, and experience in automotive or fleet operations
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily performance of a manual driving vehicle operator workforce (10+)
• Conduct bi-weekly reviews and annual performance evaluations
• Monitor daily shift execution of safety protocols and review dash camera footage
• Schedule vehicle operators and assign vehicles/software bundles
• Partner with engineering teams to optimize collection routes for feature density and environmental diversity
