• Manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems maintenance
• Oversee contractor work and tenant improvement projects
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Engineering staff
• Conduct inspections and maintain documentation logs

📋 Requirements

• At least ten years of industry-related experience
• At least five years of supervisory experience
• Possess engineering and trade licenses as required
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, and life safety systems
