💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, managing vehicle movement and repairs to meet production and quality goals. Your core impact is ensuring inventory meets rigorous standards for a no-hassle car buying experience. You'll also train team members on Quality Control standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team and identify areas for improvement.
• Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently.
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.

📋 Requirements

• Valid unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in vehicle reconditioning or related field.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas of Carvana's reconditioning process.

• Experience with lean principles.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
