You'll design and implement onboarding processes for Marqeta's Disputes offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your work directly delivers a smooth, scalable customer experience. You'll manage multiple engagements in a hybrid work model from our Warsaw office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and manage project plans for new customer onboarding.
• Lead planning and deployment of new tools in Disputes ecosystem.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and status.
• Support process documentation for internal teams and customers.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of client-facing project management experience.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
