💼 About This Role

You'll start as the Mayor of the Data Center for a single high-density AI facility, ensuring 24/7 uptime and operational excellence. After stabilizing the site, you'll scale into a Regional Data Center Operations Manager, overseeing a portfolio of sites with up to 50% travel. This role uniquely combines hands-on facility management with strategic regional leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee 24/7 shift operations and enforce SOPs for monitoring and inspections
• Manage vendor relationships including Salute Mission Critical and colocation landlords
• Own the site's Leak Response Plan and conduct drills for sub-60-second isolation
• Conduct daily inspections of data halls and manage spare parts inventory

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data center or critical infrastructure operations
• Prior supervisory experience progressing into multi-site leadership
• Deep comfort with high-density power and liquid-cooled environments
• Ability to read Single Line Diagrams and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems

• Experience in Navy Nuclear or Power Plant operations
• Fluency in a second business language (e.g., Spanish, French)
