You'll join the Flexdrive team at Lyft, providing in-person customer service at our Cleveland rental facility. Your core impact will be ensuring a smooth vehicle rental experience for Lyft drivers, from check-in to vehicle prep. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist customers with the car rental process and support
• Prepare and inspect fleet vehicles for drivers
• Manage vehicle lot organization and transportation
• Flag vehicle issues and collaborate with partners

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of in-person customer service experience
• Familiarity with the Cleveland area
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
