💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial planning for Customer Experience departments including Concierge, L&D, Community, and Clubhouses. You'll drive cost-to-serve analytics and clubhouse profitability initiatives. Reporting to the CFO, you'll shape a multiyear variable margin expansion strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Customer Experience leaders on quarterly business reviews
• Lead monthly business reviews with KPI reporting
• Own end-to-end financial planning processes and tools
• Build financial models for metrics and staffing capacity

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Consulting
• Proven ability to build financial models and conduct ROI analyses
• Strong analytical skills with databases and tools
• Excellent communication and influence skills

• Membership and real estate dependent business experience
