Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at Cribl, you will overachieve sales goals by developing a business plan, generating leads, and closing deals. You'll help customers understand the value of Cribl's data engine for IT and Security, articulating the value proposition to technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Enterprise Security Sales experience selling into Fortune Level organizations
  • Experience calling on Security (SIEM Observability) IT Personas (CISCO/CIO's)
  • Experience working with at least one earlier stage start-up organization or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding 7 figure deals
  • Experience selling to G2K companies and developing at least one new logo from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
  • Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation to closing
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
  • Articulate value proposition up and down the organization (engineer to CxO)
  • Forecast predictably and hit sales targets
