💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Customer Success strategy for the Americas, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You'll serve as a senior technical authority on data security and AI for enterprise customers. This role offers the chance to represent Protegrity externally as a thought leader at executive briefings and events.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and execute Customer Success strategy for the Americas, driving adoption and retention.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Customer Success team.
  • Engage executive stakeholders in value realization and roadmap alignment.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to support renewals and expansion.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success or post-sales leadership in B2B software.
  • 5+ years leading customer-facing teams.
  • 2+ years engaging with AI/GenAI technologies in customer-facing roles.
  • Executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in data security, data privacy, or compliance.
  • Prior experience as a trusted technical advisor or Field-CTO in post-sales.
  • Experience supporting customers in regulated industries.
