Description

You will manage partner companies for rocket installation services, support operations including inventory and data management, and analyze service data to improve customer satisfaction. You will also handle field issues and coordinate with customer service.

Requirements

• Experience and understanding of home appliance and furniture installation
• Experience in data management
• Preferred: experience in installation process and partner management
• Preferred: strong communication and collaboration skills
• Preferred: proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage partner companies for rocket installation operations
• System operation and data management for product inbound/outbound
• Handle field issues and manage response manuals
• Analyze data on installation defects, order cancellations, etc.
• Support customer satisfaction improvement through CS complaint handling
