You will collaborate with teams to identify pain points, build rapid AI prototypes using tools like Glean, Vertex AI, and Copilot Studio, and coach colleagues to scale these solutions across Assist, Automate, and Compose tracks. You'll blend hands-on prototyping with teaching to drive AI adoption and impact at Realtor.com.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with data and APIs (SQL, REST, JSON, CSV)
• Hands-on with Assist tools like Glean, Gemini, Copilot, or Ema
• Proficient with Automate tools such as Glean Agents, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Retool Agents
• Skilled in crafting and refining LLM prompts
• Experience leading workshops or creating self-serve guides

Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders and map workflows to determine AI solution fit
• Build knowledge copilots with Glean, Gemini, or Ema
• Create agentic workflows using Glean Agents, Vertex AI Agent Builder, or Zapier AI
• Develop low-code apps with Copilot Studio, Retool, or Replit Agent
• Teach AI best practices through decks, labs, and office hours
