🎯 What You'll Do

• Define translational strategies bridging preclinical findings to human studies
• Lead biomarker identification (PD, predictive, safety) and patient stratification
• Progress protein biologics from hit identification through IND-enabling studies
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing biology and translational science teams

📋 Requirements

• PhD or MD/PhD in pharmacology or biological disciplines
• 10+ years direct pharmaceutical experience beyond postdoctoral work
• Deep expertise in immunology with understanding of disease biology
• Proven track record advancing protein biologics from hit identification to IND
