As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will drive profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management processes, maintaining visual standards, and supporting key operational functions like shipment, receiving, and sales floor recovery. You'll partner with store management to resolve inventory issues and ensure a safe, efficient stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with store management
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Ensure strong stockroom standards and processes for safety and efficiency
