🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Appfolio leasing module end-to-end
• Process rental applications with rigorous screening
• Proactively fill vacancies to minimize lost revenue
• Communicate with prospective tenants via phone and email

📋 Requirements

• Expert-level Appfolio proficiency
• 3-5 years in property management or leasing
• Native/near-native English fluency
• Proficiency in Spanish is required

• Experience migrating from Buildium to Appfolio
