💼 About This Role

You'll work one-on-one with children with autism, teaching behavioral, social, and communication skills. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and record progress in a data collection system. You'll receive paid training and mentoring from lead clinical staff to launch a career in behavior therapy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, and communication skills in 1:1 setting
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Document progress in data collection system Central Reach
• Assist with BCBA assessments and session notes

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs
• Pass background check

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT or CBT certification
• Bachelor's degree
• CPR/BLS certification (for certain locations)
