💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits, cover the sales floor, and assist with daily operations like opening/closing the store and running the register. You'll also communicate music and fashion trends to management and help achieve sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product using approved equipment.
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
