Description
You will provide in-the-moment clinical support, psychoeducation, and referrals via a clinical phone queue, using active listening and motivational interviewing to help members with mental health and substance use concerns. You'll assess risks, provide crisis support, and coordinate care with Spring Health providers and external resources.
Requirements
- LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist
- Minimum 2+ years direct clinical care experience
- Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning
- Knowledge of CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused interventions
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support and psychoeducation on a clinical phone queue
