💼 About This Role

You'll lead schema modernization and query performance optimization for a fast-growing CMMS platform. You'll design scalable database solutions partnering with product and quality engineering teams. This role offers the chance to build and optimize database systems that underpin Limble's platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute relational schema modernization projects.
• Optimize query patterns to improve response times and reduce costs.
• Collaborate on dev/test data management strategies.
• Monitor and manage CDC and ETL processes.
• Debug complex problems spanning app code and database behavior.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• 5+ years with MySQL or MariaDB
• 5+ years experience designing and building web applications
• Proven experience planning and executing large-scale schema migrations with minimal downtime

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Node.js, Golang, or PHP
• Experience with NoSQL solutions
