💼 About This Role

You'll deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, helping them regain independence. You'll evaluate patient mobility and strength, develop individualized treatment goals, and implement rehabilitation programs. This role offers flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume through a supportive network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care

📋 Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)

• Home health experience
• Geriatric care experience
• Experience with Medicare documentation
