💼 About This Role

You'll join Banco Plata as a Talent Integration Specialist, ensuring a smooth onboarding process by coordinating documentation and communicating with candidates via Voximplant. You'll serve as the key link between Recruitment, IS, and HR Admin to guarantee seamless new hire integration. This role offers real growth opportunities in a fast-paced fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect and organize documentation for new hires in coordination with HR Admin.
• Verify candidates meet requirements before their start date.
• Manage candidate lists and flows for onboarding sessions to avoid delays.
• Maintain candidate contact via Voximplant using predefined templates.
• Serve as liaison between Recruitment, IS, and HR Admin for updates.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of administrative HR or similar role experience.
• Experience managing onboarding processes and document administration.
• Experience conducting sessions with large groups (in-person and virtual).
• Familiarity with HR systems like BambooHR or similar.
• Intermediate-advanced English skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or Education (in progress or recent graduate).
• Experience with Voximplant or similar communication platforms.
