• 3+ years of full-cycle and high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience with recruiting applications like Greenhouse or Tenstreet.
• Experience working with hiring managers to adapt sourcing strategies.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
