💼 About This Role

You'll join Workato's Global Solution Consulting team to drive technical alignment with customers during the pre-sales lifecycle. You'll lead custom product demonstrations and technical workshops to define the customer's future state for AI agents. This role offers the opportunity to shape product direction by channeling market feedback to Product Management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical diagnosis, prescription, and validation in sales cycles
• Team with AEs and Solution Architects to evangelize the platform
• Create and deliver custom product demonstrations
• Manage and execute technical workshops and proof of concepts

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years pre-sales experience in a SaaS organization
• Strong background in enterprise integration and automation
• Hands-on experience with automation technologies and middleware
• Knowledge of cloud technologies like iPaaS and SaaS applications

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI transforming integration through agents
• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of integration vendors like MuleSoft, Boomi, Dell Boomi
