🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop referral relationships with tech partners and advisors in SMB space.
- Create strategic referral networks focused on lead generation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
- Work with partners to establish business goals and performance metrics.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years building relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, or financial advisors in SMB.
- Proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment.
- Willingness to travel 3 days/week in the field.
