💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement compliance programs for Nium's global payments infrastructure, ensuring regulatory adherence in Singapore. You'll act as MLRO and engage with MAS, driving automation and process improvements. This role offers leadership in a fast-growing fintech backed by $300M+ funding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain Compliance and AML/CFT programs
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain regulatory documentation
• Provide compliance advisory for new products and business models
• Oversee Client Due Diligence activities and transaction monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of compliance experience in regulated environments
• Expertise in AML/CFT, KYC/KYB, sanctions, and financial crime
• Experience in payments or fintech industry
• ACAMS or ICA certification preferred
