🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Manage revenue recognition, job costing, and inventory
• Maintain internal controls and multi-state tax compliance
• Lead accounting system optimizations and CRM integrations
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to scale processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA designation
• Expert knowledge of US GAAP and multi-state tax compliance

✨ Nice to Have

• Private equity-backed or high-growth environment experience
• ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred)
• B2C, home services, or construction industry background
